McLeod Carpet to the rescue! We had a basement flood after the big ice storm and McLeod saved the day and our carpet. They were at our house immediately to assess the damage and rip out the soaked pads. Luckily our pads (that McLeod previously installed) soaked up the water and we only had to replace those, not the carpet. New padding was replaced the next day. I can't thank them enough as they got it all done in time for my daughter's birthday that weekend. Thank you McLeod Carpet (Danny and Curt)!
McLeods Carpet is our place to go for flooring and carpeting! The staff is so knowledgeable and the installers were professional and friendly! We are working with them now on carpeting for our vacation home and we are so excited to see our project complete this spring! McLeods makes purchasing carpet a pleasure!!
Here is what makes them special: when things didn’t go quite as expected in our new build project, they took responsibility for the issue, fixed it, and made sure we were satisfied! Curt, the installer, even showed up on a Sunday to finish our project (and did an immaculate job!). Absolutely above and beyond all expectations. We have already lined them up to carpet the home we are selling.Erin was easy to communicate with, and made the process very simple. I would hire McLeod’s again in a heartbeat.
