I had a great experience with Henry Ford OptimEyes in Feb 2024. Dr. Kim was great and thorough. She offered up a number of options and just was very kind. I also liked the assistant who worked with me before Dr. Kim came in. She was also wonderful and I later learned she was new. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but I hope they keep her because she fits what they are doing in Bloomfield.My favorite though has to be Beverly. She was over the top great. Thoroughly pleased with the competence and kindness of the technician and physician.The eye glass specialist had excellent skills. Her advise on styles that fit with my face and personality were spot on.

The staff and optometrist I interacted with were exceptional! Dr. Santillan was able to fit me in on an emergent basis, close to the end of the day, and worked beyond normal hours to solve my problem. They are a professional and caring clinic that I strongly recommend for vision care.
