Worst massage ever!
Poor customer service!
Extremely rude behavior by Steve- owner and massage therapist.
Poor schedulling and last minute cancellations.
Angry business owner!
Cancels without notice and Penalizes without warning if you buy prepaid massage package.

I originally bought a groupon for five 60 minute massages- that I was asked to return and ask for a refund from Groupon. I was asked to do, so I can purchase the same package directly from the owner and massage therapist “Steve” so he can save the fees he has to pay to Groupon for advertising his business. This place is a joke! Called to schedule a massage before Christmas, couldn’t get in until January 9th... then he canceled a couple hours before the massage and won’t get me in before I give birth in February.... they never answer the phone, finally got through in an email. So rude.

I feel I need to report the owner. NO WOMAN should ever enter his place alone! Or just ever for that matter. I received a Groupon for a prenatal massage & not only is his "studio" in the basement of a very secluded building, but it's also the very last door down a dark hallway. I noticed there weren't any lights on behind the fogged glass next to the door so I opened it anyway... I entered a pitch black room that did not have a single piece of furniture in it & a large dog was lying on the floor who immediately got up & came at me! I started to back away when a man stuck only his head around a door that was ajar on the other side of the room. His hair was disheveled & he was sweating. He breathlessly told me that he needed a minute & that I should go to the bathroom, "Anywhere but here! I need a minute." And I quickly asked, "Who's massaging me?" And he replied, "I am!" So I left! First off, he was clearly doing something inappropriate behind the door, his dog was there to warn him of people coming in (I was a half hour early but I expected maybe a waiting room, chairs?? Nice music, a comfortable atmosphere?) And he was the only one there so there was NO WAY this guy was going to be alone with me, a woman who's almost 9 months pregnant in a secluded basement with him touching me! I left feeling so frightened but so glad I got out!! It's clear what his intentions are & it's so sad for anyone he takes advantage of!
