Due to the death of my parents and the need to resolve ownership of 2 homes, i decided with great reluctance to sell my house and move to my parents place. Swift cInvestment played a pivotal role in helping me move the process along and by providing a very fair offer on my house.. I am grateful beyond words for Julian. I was extremely skeptical and had so many questions regarding him selling my home. Julian not only answered them all, but encouraged me to ask more. Great company that helped my disabled mom. Carson was absolutely amazing! Not only did he purchase her home, he helped pack and move her to her new place!! He was kind and gentle with her and her situation. I will definitely use Carson again if I want to sell a house!
