Suzanne is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had this great of an experience at any spa. I can’t get Botox or fillers due to severe allergies. Sandra uses all natural products AND reverses aging without the harmful affects of medical procedures. She not only stopped the clock, but she is now reversing it. I can’t believe the results I’m getting with all natural products and techniques. I am over 50 and on stage and in front the camera so this is vital for my career.

It’s not only about the impeccable service, Sandra is compassionate and intuitively knows what you need. She is more than an esthetician, she is a soul coach and my fountain of youth! “I recently stopped in here after my on line order was messed up! I had great service, I am assuming she was the manager. The store did not actually carry the product I was looking for, but she gave me numerous samples of other items. I loved one item- few days later went to order it on line, with a 20% off $200.00. For some reason, the code didn't work. I called the customer service... and get this! My order was $218. Thus I should have been able to get 20% off- She said it was rejected because after the 20% came of the bill was under $200.00. Well duh!!!!! Ofcourse it was. That is false advertising and quite honestly never heard of such a thing. I would never order on line again. I would certainly just visit the Maple rd location!“

“Spent a lovely afternoon at the spa with my mom and sisters! The staff were all very professional and kind and the facilities were clean and decorated beautifully. When we arrived, we were offered a tea, coffee or water. Once we completed our intake forms, they took us back to the locker room where we put on robes and sandals. The robes all ran a little small and were not comfortable. Was a waffle material and not very cozy. I would recommend getting a heavier more plush robe and some bigger sizes. We had massages and facials. Our facials were great. However, I was not offered a scalp massage or extractions during facial. It was a very active facial which I really loved. Massages were nice as well. My therapist made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me throughout but was not brought water after. I was offered a mimosa after my massage which was a nice touch. My sister had a prenatal massage and they do have a special pillow to lay in so you can be belly down. So much better than side lying. Only other recommendation would be to possibly have a quiet room where you can sit between services to relax and enjoy a beverage. Would come back again and overall very satisfied. Just a few small touches to be made to compete with some of the larger spas in the area.“
