Honestly, very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I purchased a promotional deal for a massage and facial at a discounted rate for four of us attending at the same time—good business for them, I’d think. A week in advance, I called to ask if only I could reschedule my facial for the following week because I had recent work done on my face and wasn’t aware I’d need to wait two weeks before getting a facial. They completely refused, saying if I canceled the facial, I’d be charged full price for the massage, and there was no way to come back later for the facial I had already paid for. The front desk staff was unpleasant and unaccommodating, which doesn’t inspire much confidence in the actual facial service. I’ll probably just have them work on my nose and forehead to avoid issues—guess you get what you pay for.
If you need a good massage ask for Chris or Freddie! You won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget to add on aromatherapy!
