I’ve been to this Elements twice. Both times I was pregnant ( lost one pregnancy) they were so accommodating. Front desk and Dominique, the massage therapist, we’re so personable & friendly. I normally do not like going to any chain massage places. I can definitely say elements in Troy has changed my opinion of that. The massage was amazing & she focused on areas that were bothering me. I will be back 100%!!!
Every time I have been here, I have had a too tier experience. Whoever is at the front desk is always so kind, and my massages can’t compare. I always see John when I go- he is thorough and has his own flair.
Everyone is friendly and talented, from the receptionist to the massage therapists. They all take the time to fully understand and meet your needs. Membership programs makes getting monthly massages affordable. Spa has a nice calming atmosphere with relaxing music in each treatment room. I've been a member for many years, and look forward to my services every time. I always leave feeling SO much better!
