“I added a 325SF addition to my home, using an existing bedroom for 1st floor laundry, closets and part of my new bathroom. The rest of my project was a full master suite over a crawlspace. My experience was positive from my first contact with Ashley and Kal. Kal listened to my wish list, made a few suggestions and then worked with the architect to come up with an amazing design for my addition. Kal did a great job explaining how this entire process works and stayed in communication with me. Ashley was also very helpful in this process and is very responsive. My dream team (Dion, Bud and Nolan) showed up on time, cleaned up every day, communicated with me when questions arose and kept me informed if the schedule was going to change. Every single subcontractor that worked on my project had the same outstanding work ethic. My home was respected by everyone that entered to work on my project. You can't have a project of my size and not hit a few bumps. Kal and team were especially attentive when we had a snag. “We recently had our roof replaced by Mills Roofing and Siding. We worked with Taylor Schneider during the entire process and he was excellent to work with. He came to inspect our roof and found we had hail damage to both our home and shed. Taylor was here when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof and pointed out all of the areas of hail damage he had found. He brought shingle samples to our home and assisted with color choice. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The workers did a great job and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. The entire roof job on our home and shed was completed in one day. Mills took care of the paperwork to submit to our insurance company and Taylor personally picked up the checks. Thank you Taylor and Mills for the new roof! I called two other places but decided on Ace, as Vince sounded down to earth and trustworthy. He came on time, gave us some advice and did what we needed him to do and more. “Carlos and his team recently completed a full basement finish and design for us and we could not be more impressed and pleased with the final result! From the first meeting through the final walkthrough, Carlos has been excellent to work with. He brought our design to life and also provided input on enhancements that really made our once completely bare, unfinished basement an amazing new living space. Carlos and his team were always timely, respectful (they even dealt with our very loud dog and were so sweet to him!) and extremely efficient. “I called this company the end of last week to request two weeks on my garage roof and one of my gutters raised. They offered to do it Saturday by ask them to wait till Monday. The men came and fixed both leaks plus a damaged shingle on the end of the roof. They also raised the gutter a few inches. I went on the roof to watch them and I feel they did a good job.“
