I recently stopped in here after my on line order was messed up! I had great service, I am assuming she was the manager. The store did not actually carry the product I was looking for, but she gave me numerous samples of other items. I loved one item- few days later went to order it on line, with a 20% off $200.00. For some reason, the code didn't work. I called the customer service... and get this! My order was $218. Thus I should have been able to get 20% off- She said it was rejected because after the 20% came of the bill was under $200.00. Well duh!!!!! Ofcourse it was. That is false advertising and quite honestly never heard of such a thing. I would never order... read full review

Omg girls, here is another store for you. Just opening the door screamed men, stay out. I might suffocate if I had to go in to buy my daughter a present. A true ladies' cosmetic shop. I didn't love it personally, but I know you ladies will.Ugh, I need some liquor and a donut bakery smell to revive my male senses. 3rd female store with the girls. Overload!

Very nice store with a great selection, especially on skin care lines and Jo Malone Fragrances. What keeps me coming back is the great service and amazing gifts with purchase! I recently was helped by a lovely young woman named Gabriella and she helped me pick the perfect fragrance!
