Don Shiffman and his assistant, Jan, were very competent and professional to work with. They were with me the whole way and even though it took several months Jan kept me updated every week or so. You know before you choose someone to represent you, you need to do the research. I googled, I asked family and friends. Everybody said, "call Sam". Let me tell you this is one time that I decided to listen to MY VOICE, and I'm so glad I did. Zamler is just AMAZING! HE listens to you, he keeps you informed.
