Optimal recently provided home physical therapy for my Mom. Suchetta was amazing. She was so talented how she provided therapy services showing a great balance of care and pushing my Mom. She was also great resource for me finding the right equipment to help my Mom and providing feedback on my Mom's condition. Thanks Sue.
Optimal has been one of the few bright spots in the medical care for my father. The nurses have been so caring and diligent and have definitely gotten to know and care about him. Lona is wonderful and is very thoughtful with her care of him and always tries to come up with ways to help him during a very difficult time. The psych nurses have been great and got him off of a medication that was causing his tremors to get much worse. The physical and occupational therapists had many good suggestions and tried to work with him as much as possible. Optimal has been providing conscientious and patient-focused PT and OT for my aging parents for nearly two years now. They are extremely attentive and keep me informed on all progress. I trust that they have patient care as the main driver for their services and I am so happy to continue choosing them when care is needed.
