When I first started working out I was nervous and didn’t know what to do or where to start so I started by biking and then that took off to upper, lower, and core; also By far the best place to work out in mecosta county. Jeff, deb, Tiffany and the whole entire staff here take really good care of you. When I walk in I’m always greeted and there’s always a warm smile. I could be having a bad day but they cheer me up in seconds. I tell people to go support locally owned businesses and this is one I will support for as long as I’m in northern Michigan. This is also my home away from home away from home ☺️☺️.

Clean comfortable place to work out. Lots of options. Good group fitness classes too!

PT Plus is a wonderful gym! Clean and a friendly environment. The owners really care! Always very welcoming and a friendly atmosphere. I love this gym!
