Extremely happy with the whole experience. The new modulating furnace keeps my house more comfortable than ever. We've been here 18 years and I can honestly say it has never been this comfortable in the whole house. It's only set at 68 and it's nice in every room. The guys that installed it were great both quality and personality. Highly recommend this company.Service: Heating system installation
We had some issues while communicating in regards to specific material needed to be built around the entrance of the fireplace. This resulted in them delaying installation so that wall studs in the immediate vicinity of the fireplace could be replaced with metal studs and cement board. While this was disappointing they covered the cost for a contractor to take care of the issue and it was done in an extremely timely manner. We've done business with them a few years ago and it was great but the last couple years we've contacted them and the response was non existing or days later, and usually when you call no one is in that can help you out, went a few days ago and that was the problem then so we went somewhere else and decided to purchase a new pellet stove from the other place even though it's further away they were very nice and accommodating
