I've gotten my last 3 prs. of glasses from MVOD...I've been extremely pleased each time. Service has been professional, attentive and friendly...the glasses arrived on time and met/exceeded my expectations. Unlike a previous reviewer, I've never felt pressured or up-sold on a product. The optician has always worked with me to maximize insurance coverage by providing comparisons between my selection and the coverage and itemizing the costs. I've found the staff to be authentically and genuinely friendly. I'd recommend MVOD in a heartbeat!!

Had a checkup last year (May 2015) and was very pleased. However this year I had a very different experience. It was difficult getting an appointment scheduled (they kept making errors). Then they said my insurance was not valid (it was). The actual exam with the optometrist was excellent. However, when I was being fitted for glasses, I felt there was really hard sell. The person fitting me was pushing more expensive frames and lenses and I was very uncomfortable with that. I did not purchase glasses from them.
