While I’ve had a mixed experience with MaidPro’s services, at times, management (Duane) has always been extremely professional, accommodating and customer focused.

Our home has been using MaidPro for over a year now and we are very pleased with their professionalism yet with a personal touch. When we were unable to reach out to them, they reached out to us and bent over backward to help us when we were experiencing grave difficulty. Their cleaners are very courteous, friendly, and professional. Many of them are very, very particular and detailed in their attention to cleanliness and not satisfied until the job is done exceptionally well (a particular nod to Sammie — exceptional skill!).
