I want to share that my experience with Great Clips is not optimal overall but I have found a great stylist at the Berkley location that goes above and beyond for customers and always delivers a superior end product. Diana is very personable, talented and thoughtful. She remembered the specifics of my upcoming wedding, cut my hair so that it would be great for the pictures and honeymoon. On my next visit she asked about the wedding and honeymoon. I can't say enough about her professionalism and customer service.

I don’t know why some guys pay $50 or more for a haircut. I used to go to a salon in Birmingham but now I see Heidi at the Berkley location. Now I get a $50 haircut for $25 including tip!

My boyfriend went to get a haircut, as it was something simple, nothing too “stylish”, it did its job. It was super fast, practical and had no errors. If you want something more elaborate, you need to go to another salon.
