Mr.Keeter came out the same day that I called. My washer suddenly went out just before I was expecting family to be coming for Thanksgiving, and I needed to wash lots of bedding. Not only did he arrive the day I called, but repaired it immediately, having the part on hand in his van. Thus guy knew immediately what the problem was just by our phone conversation! My father in law's washer was down and we were desperately in need of it being fixed with 2 families in the home. He came out on New Year's day at 8pm. He charged $165 for the parts and 3 hours of labor. Unbelievable!! Great guy, great work, great service!! I worked @ Whirlpool for 12 years and this guy is FABULOUS. Thanks for everything.
