Jamie and his team were super professional and they all seemed to really enjoy each other. A hard working family business. They did an awesome job and they will be my go to tree solutions team.

I have a client that lives at the Harbor Flats in Benton Harbor. We I got there today in Blizzard like conditions. The was a team of workers from your company there they had plowed the driveway. Also had clean off the side walks and salted them. I was very happy to see them they did a great job.

Shop has changed for the better. Roosevelt is a great guy from what my son and I experienced. The owner gets right down to business and makes sure of the style you're looking for before he starts. He doesn't talk a whole lot but he's focused on getting it right the first time. 5 stars for a good respectable man with skill and class.

HIGHLY recommend!! I got my nails done somewhere else but wasn't happy with them, so found Ivy Nails online and decided to give it a shot. Not only was the staff wonderfully kind, they have the skills that are unmatched. The salon's atmosphere is so relaxed that you are genuinely pampered - massage and hot towel too. The workspaces were clean and tidy; tools came out of the sterilizer in individual packages. For a quick Google search, this place is a winner! Obsessed with my 4th of July nails and will definitely be back in the future!
The rumor is this shop will be renamed to Emerald Envy very soon. This was my first visit and I came on short notice anticipating a trip to Chicago for the weekend. Heidi did a bang up job. Great chops, clean facility, professional and friendly service, many forms of payment accepted and walk-in service is welcome.

Love these ladies! The prices and accommodations are really exemplary. I feel like I can really treat myself to a service or two because they are so affordable. No need to hair your hair grow out beyond being recognizable because you couldn't afford to keep up with the maintenance. I feel like it's personal, tailored, and beyond any experience I've had before. No one has done my hair is such a way in a looong time. That being said about the prices...they are reasonable so be sure to tip you beauty guru extra.
I go once a month to get my hair cut. Beth does a wonderful job. The establishment is very clean and nice. The staff is pleasant and courteous.
Had a clogged main line in a rental unit. Used another company 1st that didn't get it cleared after 3 hrs. & charged quite a bit. Called Ballard's & they were there within 2 hrs. & had it cleared in another 30 mins. Guys were great & cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be using them again.
Yesterday we had a whole house water filtration system plus a back yard faucet hook up installed and we were very happy with the results. We didn't get the guys name, but he was great. He had to crawl down in our crawl space to shut the water off & on and it isn't the most pleasant place to be. He was considerate about not wanting to track into our house mud from the crawlspace. He was very personable and knowledgable about what he did. If we ever need any plumbing needs in the future, this is the company we will call, without a doubt.
I needed some minor plumbing and electric repairs. Easy to schedule with, they showed up when they said they would and the repair men were very good craftsman. Did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Diamond Factory Service provides the extended warranty protection for our Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator. Our lower ice maker was replaced for the second or third time this past week. Tony was our tech. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very quick! The ice maker is working beautifully, now. I would request Tony for the next service. Amazing tech!

Use mosquito squad for several years. We’re mostly happy with the service, however we live adjacent to a heavily forested area, and sometime the treatments don’t control the mosquitos for the entire 3 weeks between visits.
