“Schaafsma was great from start to finish. They quoted with a Dave Ramsey feel (heart of a teacher) and I felt very comfortable with the knowledge of the account manager. Then the installers were excellent as well. We had a very complicated system that had been pieced together over the years (and sadly since this was a new house to me, I didn't have any answers for them on how things worked). They spent a lot of time researching the existing system to make sure they got the new one in and working properly...even cleaning up some errors from the previous installs (done by others). “Our old geothermal unit broke down last December and Bill came out to give us a quote and then as soon as our new unit came in he installed it (the week before Christmas). Not only did we have heat for the holidays, we were able to get the 2019, 30% heating credit for geothermal. That credit was decreasing on January 1st.
