Not a bad thing, gives the customer time to think about what it is they are wanting done. Did receive a call right back after speaking with someone, but I missed that call, so I'm not sure what the call was about. Ended up getting them done, just at a different place. Great for little ones getting their ears pierced though because the private setting. Had my oldest daughters done here a few years back and the experience was great. No hustle and bustle of people, very private and quiet one on one piercing session.“
