Having a traumatic experience of flooding all three floors in my condo was really difficult. We called Servpro the night of the flood and they were here the next morning and worked hard all day to get rid of the wet and damaged structure materials and set up a huge drying system. For the next four days someone from Servpro was on site everyday, checking to make sure remediation was working. Kind and respectful, knowledgeable staff. Special thanks to Eric, Cory, Nikki, and T. We had flooding in our basement and the ServPro team handled it like pros! They arrived quickly, assessed the situation and had it thoroughly cleaned before lunch. They were also great to make sure we tracked the value of any damaged items which came in very handy.
110% satisfied. We called at 6pm and the team was at our place the next morning. When the ad says "Like it never even happened" They are 100% on point. We used there contractors to put the basement back together and it looks amazing. In addition, they worked with the insurance company, so I didn't really have to worry about anything except picking the color for the new floor. Thank you Servpro
