This facility appears to be understaffed. To enter or leave, a staff must electronically open the door. This is fine to protect the residents, however if you are a visitor, there was no one at the desk to let you in or out. You just have to stand there waiting, hoping someone will eventually open the door. I would think it would be a fire trap if residents were left with noone to man the door. Another day, when someone was at the reception desk, I was asking her questions and she had no idea what the answers were.
