Had an appointment. They never showed up or called! Called them back and left a voicemail. Still no returned call or nothing. I understand jobs get behind and you may need to reschedule but not showing up or returning calls is just horrible customer service! Have respect for peoples time! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Tried to call the big names who advertise emergency services 24/7... was told by not only by one but 3 big name companies that they had no one that could help me. Called Fortified Plumbing and they came out within a hour! As I was telling the plumber that came out about a pipe issue I knew of because of another contractor found in a crawl space, he jumped right into the crawl space. I had other plumbers tell me they would not go in crawl space and said I would have a hard time finding someone who would! Workers kept me informed along the way. Had a pipe collapse a few weeks later and of course called Fortified.. It was a huge mess. I would give 10 star rating to Fortified and their staff for communication! Very professional and high quality workmanship!
