From begnnning to end and everything in between was superb. Making the appointment was easy and we appreciated all of the confirmations and calls. Alex our sales guy was great. He really listened to what our needs were and explained the products and process clearly. He made recommendations based on our needs, style and budget. He came in Saturday and our floors were installed on Wednesday (4 days later!) We love him! The installation team led by Rob are amazing. Called to let us know when they will arrive and they were on time. They showed up at 730 am and left at 7 pm. They are skilled professionals who take great pride in their work and it shows. Had a fantastic experience working with Alex Hodroj! I was impressed that he came out to my house on a holiday. Within an hours time he had taken all his measurements, shown us various carpet options, shared very valuable knowledge, and helped us make our purchase. Highly recommend!

The laminated floors make my home look so spacious. They did a beautiful job putting the floor down. My steps use to have carpet. At the base they had to be created because it was round. Its beautifully done..Thank you Empire I would recommend them to anyone
