“I’ve used this dental practice for my entire life. Between their two locations, I saw each doctor at one point or another, including lots of dental work and orthodontics as a teen. You would think having gone through so much I would have a bit of dental anxiety, but I’ve never had anything but a positive experience with these doctors.As an adult, I have admittedly been neglecting my teeth, and shamefully returned to seek help for a painful tooth. My apprehension of a (well deserved) scolding filled me with anxiety, but instead I was met with comfort and the gentle care I’ve known all my life. Dr Berman sat with me and carefully explained my options, weighed pros and cons, along with costs, and allowed me to be a part of the decision making process of what could be done. His empathy and care meant the world to me as I fought back tears. I can’t say enough good things about how kind and gentle he is! I will be returning for a few treatments in the coming month and instead of still feeling dread and anxiety I feel confidence and comfort knowing my problems are fixable and that I am in very capable hands.
