Our washer displayed an error and wouldn’t drain a load of towels. No matter how many resets, it just wouldn’t work. We have an appliance protection plan through Consumers and contacted them. In all the years we have had the plan, we rarely had a company come out and actually repair the appliances. It’s usually excuses on why it can’t be repaired. Not this time! Theron of Air Doctors H&C, showed up within the allocated timeframe and went right to work. Took him only a few minutes to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. My A/C stopped blowing cold a couple of days ago, so I called Air Doctors Heating and Cooling to arrange a repair appointment window for today between 10am and 2pm. By 10:11am, Miles was calling me to let me know that he was on his way and would be to me within 30 minutes. I don't think it even took him that long to arrive. From start to finish, Miles checked every box of my requirements and expectations for a professional appointment and engagement, exceeding them in many ways. Miles took care of the problem I was having with my thermostat right away especially in this extreme heat. Thank you so much. I can relax knowing if I have a problem with Air/heating in the future I can depend on excellent service.
