Randy called before arriving letting me know his ETA. He was prompt, friendly and he knows his business. I’ve had 2 other places try to figure the problem with my dryer for 2 years. He had it pinned down in no time! Reasonable priced and takes pride in his work. Will definitely call him again when I need help with my appliances!
When my freezer quit working I called Northern Appliance. Randy took my call that evening and came out the next morning to make repairs! His repair abilities and product knowledge are top notch. He was able to make the repairs with in stock parts. I highly recommend Northern Appliance!
