Amazing company to work with. I had what I thought was a leak in the roof. They sent someone right out. Can't back and dug into the problem real quick and kept expenses reasonable. Everyone I interacted with on the phone or in person was easy to work with.

I would love to give this company a great review. The crew that came out to remove my gutter were polite and did a great job, but scheduling has been a nightmare. Three times I've been told a crew would come, but never showed up with no phone call. Now I'm left without a gutter with rain coming and another promise of help with no one answering or returning my calls. Super disappointed.Update as of June 13:Ostrander did return call my calls shortly after I posted this review. I spoke to the owner and he explained that they hire outside crews for gutter work.
