Poor customer service. Staff could care less about doing their jobs or helping any of the customers in the store. Terribly ran pick up area with terrible wait times, their systems not working properly, etc., Nothing like the owner intended when creating Walmart. Now it's just a trashy store full of trashy workers mocking the principles the company was built on.
