I would highly recommend Sam's Sewer And Drain. They responded quickly and solved our sewer back up problem. They explained everything and were nice and very honest. They really helped us out on the weekend.

I called them on a fairly snowy day and described how my bathtub would not drain even after several plunging attempts. I didn't expect a same day appointment, but the gentleman on the phone got me an appointment in 2 hours. Both guys who showed up were professional and quick, and i had a working bathtub again in under 20 minutes.

Owner was quick to come out and check an issue that ended up not being related to repairs the company had made two days before. He even took the time to call the city and have them come out the same day to repair a water meter gasket. I'm new to hiring professionals and there is certainly a learning curve to making sure you have documentation when provided quotes, but in the end everything was completed successfully and I am extremely grateful!
