Hi – I’m Kate Krauss, Licensed Massage Therapist, and owner of Revivify Massage Therapy. I know from personal experience that when stress, anxiety, or the feelings of being overwhelmed are felt, it is challenging to prioritize a self-care journey, and it is my mission to help you break the cycle of putting yourself last. When we choose to take care of ourselves, we begin to live authentically. My purpose at Revivify is to work with anxious, stressed, and busy humans who struggle with aches and pains in their shoulders, neck, and back. Through intentional massage therapy, I help them reduce pain and ease stress, so they can be aware of their body and mind, allowing them to feel like themselves again.
