I cannot express with words how extremely happy I am with my experience at Pure! I hadn’t received Botox in a year and had been searching for a new place to go for my treatments located in Bay City. After a terrible and “pushy” consult at another establishment (right around the corner…) I immediately called Pure Medical Spa afterwards. Not only were they able to schedule me to come in right away, April was an absolute gem over the phone and put my mind at ease! Upon arrival, I felt so welcomed by April, and the environment was completely comfortable. I then received treatment by Kristen. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns, budget and hopes for results. Kristen had the most genuine personality which made the experience fun, and though I struggle with anxiety, she made me feel cared for and reassured. After today, I entirely trust Kristen for my treatments and plan on being a forever client. She was amazing! I 1000% recommend and will be sure to tell everyone I know to look no further than these awesome girls at Pure! I’m confident that you’ll be highly satisfied. 🥰
I had the best Hydrafacial ever!! Denise is awesome. Thank you Denise for being there for me! If anyone is considering a day to pamper themselves call Denise, you will not regret it!
I went to Pure Medical Spa to get Botox for my very first time ever and I couldn’t have been more pleased by the friendliness of the staff and their concern for making sure my experience was everything I was hoping for. Definitely will be revisiting and would highly recommend especially if you are a first timer.
