Amazing service! She was here within an hour of my calling on a Thursday night and diagnosed and fixed a leaking central air unit within 45 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Highly recommend!
Friday night, water heater started leaking, called and they were there in an hour. Had to come back the next morning, done in one hour with a exact same type and brand as original. We were leaving to go to Oscoda in 90 minutes, had enough time to take a hot shower before leaving. They cleaned up well.
Excellent response time, called on a Friday and they made it to me before the end of the work day. Tom repaired our furnace that was only ten years old but needed service. Talked with the furnace factory on our behalf to figure out our problem. Very nice man and very professional and cleaned up after himself. Thank you Paul's!
