Moved into new home and wanted new locks/keys. Also wanted a single key to unlock all doors, knobs, and dead bolts. This company accomplished this within the same week even though I required a reschedule. Would call again.

I’ve relied on Hugo’s for years to change locks, get new keys made (never had one made by them that didn’t work perfectly), and re-key all my locks in a new house. We also bought a safe from them. The people are always pleasant and polite. Would highly recommend!

This place was the only place in Bay City that could get my key programmed for my '07 chrystler. I would not only highly recommend them for their ability and knowhow, but also their prices are very fair, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.
