Chuck is immediately responsive. He replaced our water heater on Easter weekend when no one else would even answer the phone. Next, our furnace a few years later in the middle of winter, and now our AC. He will come out after hours when needed. Very kind, professional, and does great work for reasonable pricing. These guys are a life saver! They squeezed us in when my AC broke on the hottest day of the Summer; fixed it and took out my junk "Nest" that had been previously installed (not by them) and replaced with a SenSi Smart Thermostat....HUGE improvement in function and now I have working AC!!! The price was very fair, and the worker that came out was knowledgeable, nice and professional. A+++++

My A/C wasn't working, a competitor said it was old and needed to be replaced. Brandon came out and had it fixed in 45 minutes, it was just a bad relay! Good honest people here!
