I have three cats that I bring here - two of them have high anxiety with crating, car rides, and exams, so vet appointments could easily be a nightmare. But the vet techs and doctors are so patient and gentle with my boys, and have prescribed great anxiety meds to make things easier on them. I'm very picky with who I trust to take care of our cats, and I have no worries at all about the care our boys receive here. We've been with this office for 4 years now and have only had positive experiences - through standard appointments and shots, getting fixed and microchipped, and even an urgent care visit. I would highly recommend this office!
have always been very satisfied with the staff, they have always paid such good attention and worked hard to help my dog!! i will always appreciate the team for making my Teddy feel so comfortable and loved, he loved going to the vet, and they always took great care of him!!
the staff are absolutely amazing and welcome all fur babies--no matter young, teen or beyond their years they welcome all with the same happy attitude and smile! i always feel heard by Dr and staff. they do an excellent job at diagnosing my "kid" accordingly and take that extra step beyond to make sure we are satisfied. I trust all staff to take care of Ollie and would 10/10 recommend Bay Valley Animal Hospital as your local vet and friend!
