I had a diverter go bad In the shower of our cottage. We went all around the thumb from bad axe to Saginaw. 5 stops to be exact. We saw this place and figured what can it hurt. The guy working there was so knowledgeable about diverters. He even had a book. And txted the author to find our diverter. 5 minutes later his new helper came out from the back, and we had the part In our hand. Saved us from ripping the shower out and replacing the whole thing. I can’t say enough how thankful I am I found this place.

Great people to deal with. Very competitive pricing. The cost of the items I purchased was actually less than the large lumber stores. They had most of the items in stock and the one item that wasn’t, was available the very next day. The owners are very helpful and nice to work with. I will definitely purchase all of my plumbing and heating supplies here.
