Bought a used stove from them when i remodeled my Bay City home built in 1900. The stove has been working strong since I bought it a year ago. It was delivered on time and the delivery man was nice enough to help take my front door off to get it into the home. Will be buying used appliances from them again soon.

I have bought multiple machines over the years from Alpha and I'll continue to be a customer. The guys are always nice and helpful and do a great job at installing the machines and even will remove your old.

Washing machine died and needed a washer on Christmas Eve. Luckily they were open when we called.Service was quick and easy as was the layout of the available appliances. Were were in and out even with having to grab cash (cash only) in less than a half hour.Highly recommend their services. And our used replacement unit was acceptably clean and works well.
