We had a failing waste pump and Rhino's sent a tech out the next morning to give an estimate. Mike determined we needed to replace the pump (it was at least 7-10 years old), and was able to run back to the shop and replace it same day. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Mike was quick but thorough and knowledgable about the pump. He gave us some tips for future use too. We'll definitely be using Rhino's for any other plumbing needs and will recommend to others. Called on Thursday for a leaking toilet, Mike was here at 8:30 AM on Friday morning and took great care of us, and cleaned up extremely well. Would recommend Rhino's for any plumbing needs.
