Bobb communicated with us via phone very well. He arrived within the given window and was professional the entire visit. He was able to help diagnose the problem with our freezer and even offered helpful tips on our other 3 freezers and fridge. His follow up on additional questions was very helpful. Can’t express enough how wonderful Bob and his team are! So reliable, honest and helpful! He fixed a gas leak that my maintenance team at my condos could not fix! Then called about my washer not spinning out properly. He looked it over and told me honestly it cost more to fix than the washer is worth and didn’t charge me for his time. ( kinda felt guilty not paying 😩) so the least I can do is tell everyone how amazing he is and his work! Will always be my FIRST call! Definitely recommend giving them your business!
