I am a long time customer of Ostermann Tax Service. They are professional and friendly - I'm always greeted with a smile and have never left feeling disappointed. Questions are addressed quickly and I feel confident that my tax prep is done accurately and in a timely manner.

I have been using Ostermann Tax Service for several years. I have never had an issue that another Yelper mentioned. Yes, the staff is busy during tax season and for good reason. Their pricing is fair and their service excellent.

I've used Ostermann's Tax Service for 9-10 years and have no complaints about the service, staff or facility. They know the returning customers and have always been able to answer any questions I may have. And I don't ever recall stopping and finding the place in the condition posted in an earlier review. Yes it is a small store front, but I like the "Mom & Pop" appearance. I would rather do business with a local establishment than a mega chain establishment that sees you as a number rather than a customer.
