I can not recommend Dr. Vincent and her team highly enough! Every experience I've had at this office has been professional, thorough, compassionate and quick! It is obvious that every one at log cabin is passionate about animals and the animals can tell too, all of my pets adore the staff there and let them preform everything from nail trims to vaccines with no complaints. I also have to mention how superb the customer service always is, they make communication with them a breeze!If your looking for a skilled,professional and compassionate doctor for your pets Dr. Vincent is the best choice there is in my opinion!
I'm very thankful towards the animal hospital. The staff was very kind and compassionate when talking with me and dealing with Keyra. They let me have as much time as I needed with her before they put her to sleep and as much time after to say my final goodbyes to her. They explained how the process worked and some things that might happen so I shouldn't be too surprised if she jerks or anything. But when they did the first injection, Keyra instantly went. She knew it was her time and didn't fight it. And I sat next to her head the whole time it happened just petting her. She'll be privately cremated and the animal hospital will let us know when her remains are ready....read full review
