I've never used a dry cleaning service before; and I had a very old crewneck that I needed cleaned up; staff were very friendly, and quite knowledgeable! I reached out to them with questions on their FaceBook page; and got a little extra assistance with it too! Highly recommended. A+ !

Excellent job, Ellen the seamstress did an amazing job repairing my old army gortex jacket. Was told at some other cleaners on Beckley in the plaza that it would cost almost $200 for the repairs and dry cleaning, between Ellen and the dry cleaning at Heritage I spent around $70. Can't say enough good things about them, they are really great and did everything flawlessly.

After an initial unsatisfactory experience with ties that we unsuccessfully cleaned and I was forced to pay full price, I have had a positive experience.

The manager at the store contacted me after I reached out to her with my complaints. I was asked to bring back the ties for a second attempt at cleaning. This attempt worked. The ties are stain free. I was given in store credit for the price of the cleaning and the trouble.
