I always call or text her to set up my haircut appointment because I know that she is very busy. I have no problem with my haircut appointment because she is always prompt but if there are reasons that she can not make it, she always see to it to inform me in advance. I also tell her if I can not make it or not. I have no problems with her beauty parlor. She always keep it clean and tidy as long as she is not busy taking care of her customers.“
