I called Drain Monkeys. I got a voicemail as to my issue. Was told that they would call back within 5 minutes. It was about 2 minutes that I got a call back. They said that could be to my house by 2pm. They showed up at 1pm. Looked over both of my drains. Within 30 minutes they had both drains cleared. They walked us through the issues and how to do prevention. Cleaned up the little messes made. Offered Veteran discount. If I ever need another drain cleared I am sure to call again. Prompt, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. Thanks again to the guys from Drain Monkeys.
I called to have a main septic line cleared out. He arrived on time - actually a few minutes early! After inspection, he told me that wasn't the problem but what I could do to fix the problem myself.He gave me the option of having him try anyway with the caveat that it may not work, or leave it alone and I can fix myself. Honesty and integrity - how rare is that nowadays? Great Service, within an hour Tom (the owner) checked out my situation, gave me HONEST recommendation what I should do before they did the drain cleaning. Called next morning to set up a time, within an hr back to complete the sewer line cleaning, had all the tools and camera to show me the issue, within 2 hrs issue solved... Definitely Recommend Drain Monkey to any Home or Business ... Price, Honesty and Professional was all I need to save my day and they did all of that plus more...
