5+ stars! Central A/C would not turn on and the weekend on call schedule was full. He still took time over the phone to walk through some possible ideas and it worked! It is rare to find a company that will go above and beyond. This was the second time to use CTI and both times have been exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the gentleman who looked it over and gave us the quote to the two gentlemen who installed the generator, everyone has been so nice, so helpful, answered all my questions and listened to my concerns about the placement of the unit. The second phase, the electricians were so great. They really did an excellent job of making all the connections and wiring look seamless. I will recommend this company to anyone who mentions they are looking for a generator. Thank you CTI Mechanical!

I've never been disappointed with the service I've received from CTI, from the employees in the office to the technicians, they are always pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable.
