Firstly the office staff were trying and are not to blame. Horrible service the tech came 2.5 hours late didnt fix anything and damaged the home as well as cut pipes that we were able to unscrew and fix their shotty work. Put me on hold after i called first thing in the am they never got back to me. I highly recommend you never use them for anything.

Called them for service. They couldn't come out for 3 days, which was fine. I called the day before our scheduled appt to confirm and was told we didn't have an appointment. They had all of our info, but somehow managed to not put the appointment in their calendar. So they called us back with a time frame of 9-11 am the next morning. We also received a confirmation text. At about 11:10, given that they had made a mistake before, I called to confirm. I was told that she would have to contact the worker to find out when he would be here. I told her that if they can't do the job, to just tell me so I can move on to the next company. She literally said "if... read full review
