My heater stopped working on Saturday evening. Called the 800 number and left a message. Very quick call back from Chris to schedule the fix on Sunday. Had to pay emergency fee which was well worth it as my house was down to 54 degrees by Sunday :-) Thanks for fixing my 23-year-old heater that hasn't had maintenance. Any customer reading this, you should schedule maintenance and if you have an old heater (15 years or more) you might want to look at replacing it. This is what I am going to do - schedule maintenance and replace this old piece of junk :-)

Chris and Advantage Heating and Cooling serviced my HVAC system for several year. When I built an addition and got a new service, the provider just did not live up to his service promises. I reconnected with Chris for an annual maintainence checkup and he responded the next day! Chris provides excellent service and, more importantly IMO, takes the time to answer my questions and educate me regarding use of the system and maintainence. I'll not switch services again!
