I do t think there is enough space or time to give the kudos they really deserve.
I have used Crooks a couple of times now and they have been great. Archie was more than helpful identifying my water heater issue and even gave me some free advice how to home remedy a couple of smaller issues I was having.
The installation of the Water Heater went awesome and Chip was very friendly and thorough.
I'll be using them for any of my plumbing needs in the future.
The technician arrived less than 3 hours after my call. He answered all of my questions and offered a good short term solution for my central A/C problems (low R-22 refrigerant, frozen condenser, condensate leak) until I can afford a complete replacement for my 30 year old HVAC system.
