Schmidke Construction designed and executed a major remodeling of our lake home in 2016. From start to finish we were thrilled with the work and the outcome is beautiful. The design is modern and warm and the quality of execution was top-notch.Joshua and his team were very responsive to all our needs. As we made changes to our plans during our remodel, Joshua was very willing to accommodate those changes. In addition, he has continued to be involved with helping us with other projects that have not been directly related to this remodel. Schmidke Construction and his selection of the finest sub contractors, built our new home in 2016, providing us with a completely professional experience from start to finish. Even 4 years later, we contact Joshua for assistance with items like where to purchase a storm door, or questions about making our home more livable, inside and out. We came to St. Joseph not knowing anyone except our realtor, who referred us to Schmidke Construction. We have gained a wonderful home and another new friend.Services: Consultation
